When you buy a product. Your name, email address, country or billing address and the details of your order (product, price, date, subscription status). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number.
When you use our apps. The email address linked to your access, the products you have access to, and basic usage data such as sign-in dates, last access and the features you use, so that we can provide the service and keep it secure.
When you contact us. Through the contact form: your name, email, the product or order concerned, the topic and your message. By email or phone: the information you choose to share.
When you visit the website. Our hosting providers automatically process technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of access.
We do not ask you to upload images or videos to our website. Files you use with third-party AI platforms are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
