01Who we are

The products are provided by MRYA LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MRYA LLC. “You” refers to the person or business that buys or uses our products.

02Our products

MRYA LLC develops and sells digital products, as described on our Products page:

• micro SaaS web applications;
• info apps, meaning interactive guided programs delivered as web apps;
• prompt libraries, templates and guided workflows for AI image and video editing;
• add-ons, expansion packs and content updates for these products.

All products are digital and are accessed online. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our products provide prompts, templates, workflows and educational content that you use with AI platforms of your choice; unless a product page states otherwise, they do not themselves generate images or videos.

03Account and access

Access is linked to the email address used at checkout. After payment, you receive access instructions by email. You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and for all activity under your access.

Your access is personal. You may not share, resell or transfer it, or let several people use the same access, unless your plan expressly allows it.

04Prices and payment

• Price at checkout. The price, currency and billing terms that apply to your purchase are those displayed on the checkout page at the time of payment. Prices on our Pricing page are starting prices for information only.
• Currency. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless the checkout page states another currency.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Taxes. Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Fees. Currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

05Subscriptions and renewals

Some products are sold as subscriptions. For these products, the checkout page states the price and the renewal period (for example daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) before you pay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to the payment method used at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by writing to us or through the cancellation link provided in your purchase emails, where available. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
• After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• If we change the price of a subscription, we will inform you before the new price applies, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

06Licence to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal or business purposes, for the duration of your access (lifetime for one-time purchases, or the subscription period for subscriptions).

You may use the prompts, templates and workflows to create your own content, including commercial content. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share the products themselves, or their libraries, in whole or in substantial part, or use them to build a competing product.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringes the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and image rights;
• impersonates a real person, or depicts a real person in a false, misleading or sexual way without their consent;
• involves the sexual exploitation of minors, hate speech, harassment or violence;
• violates the terms of the AI platforms you use.

You also agree not to attempt to access our systems without authorization, to disrupt our services or to extract our content by automated means.

08Third-party AI platforms

Our products are designed to be used with third-party AI platforms that you choose. These platforms are not operated by MRYA LLC:

• their subscriptions, credits and fees are separate and paid by you;
• their own terms and content policies apply to your use of them;
• we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features, policy changes or the outputs they produce.

09Updates and changes to products

We regularly add, improve and reorganize content in our products. We may also modify or remove individual items, for example when an AI platform changes. We will not remove the core features of a product you have paid for during your access period without offering a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund.

10Intellectual property

Our products, including their software, design, prompts, templates, workflows, texts and the MRYA LLC name and logo, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of MRYA LLC or its licensors. Except for the licence in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.

11Your content

You keep all rights to the images, videos and other materials you provide to AI platforms and to the content you create with our products, subject to the terms of those platforms. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the materials you edit and for how you use the results.

12Results and disclaimers

We design our products with care, but AI outputs vary and depend on the platform, your inputs and your settings. We do not guarantee any specific result, quality of output, income, audience growth or business outcome. Examples and use cases described on our website are illustrations and are not promises of similar results.

13Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• our products are provided “as is” and “as available”;
• MRYA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill;
• MRYA LLC's total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

15Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling your access, using our products unlawfully, or making a fraudulent payment. Where the breach can be remedied, we will first ask you to remedy it. You may stop using our products at any time.

16Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, power or internet outages, or failures of hosting or third-party platforms.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to try to settle any dispute in good faith by contacting each other in writing at least 30 days in advance.

If the dispute is not resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim before its courts.

18Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. For subscriptions, material changes apply from your next renewal, after notice. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
